Proud INTJ here. The Meyers-Briggs is one of my favorite tools for discovery, and I take it once a year to see what change I have made throughout the year. I can explain the judgement versus the perception point. This has to do with how you decide to continue a certain action or not. You either judge whether it works or not, or you continue to expand your perception with action whether what you are doing is serving its function or not.

You did point to my favorite test on the meyers-briggs, but I really don't like the results from that one. It determines the type well, but the descriptions are a bit off. For those you would want to check http://www.mypersonality.info/personality-types/ for more detailed results, and every link imaginable for a description of your type.
