I'm assuming this applies to your closest relationships too . . .

Kathlyn and Gay Hendricks have ended using blame in their marriage and taken up "healthy responsibility."

I have to admit I do get annoyed when I hear people saying, “It’s not my fault” these days. It is happening all too often and there is far too much of a blame and compensation culture here in the UK. I’m sure this will not only apply to the UK but that is where my experiences lie.

I believe people get some degree of happiness from blaming others, attempting to make themselves look better by bringing others down.

I enjoyed the book SUMO (Shut Up Move On) by Paul McGee. He talks about people wearing the “Victim” T-shirt and becoming happy in that role.

I believe a lot of people become so defensive out of a fear of failure, and looking bad in front of their peers.
