The Inaugural SBYB Podcast Is Here

As we mentioned last week, Kevin and I have started a podcast on personal development, and we’re very happy to release the first episode today. It’s so hot and fresh that it’s not even up on iTunes yet (I’ll provide a link when it becomes available there), but for right now, you can go to podcast.startbeingyourbest.com and subscribe from there. In this episode, Kevin and I discuss our motivations for doing a podcast like this, as well as discussing some of the things we’re doing to try to maintain that elusive concept of “balance” in our lives. From work to working out to spending time with family and friends and other things we enjoy, we share some of what’s going on in our lives.
